FIRDAUS DJAELANI

PRESIDENT COMMISSIONER

Firdaus spent more than 36 years in Government Sectors, including 25 years at Ministry of Finance, 6 years at Indonesia DIC and 5 years at Financial Services Authority (OJK). He also had experience as Board of Director at Export Insurance Coy, Independent Commissioner at PT Indonesia Reasuransi (Persero) and TuguRe. Currently He also Independent Commissioner at MAG Insurance, PFI Mega Life and Radjak Hospital Group.

He graduated from University of Indonesia majoring in Economics Management. Then he pursued his further studies as master of economic from Ball State University, Indiana, USA and PhD in Public Policy from Gadjah Mada University.

Has fulfilled the requirements as President Commissioner at InaRe according to the results of the fit and proper test listed in the Copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the financial services Authority number KEP-428/NB.02/2023 dated 28 July 2023.

Firdaus telah berkecimpung selama lebih dari 36 tahun di Sektor Pemerintah, termasuk 25 tahun di Kementerian Keuangan, 6 tahun di Lembaga Keuangan Swasta Indonesia, dan 5 tahun di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Beliau juga memiliki pengalaman sebagai Direksi di Export Insurance Coy, Komisaris Independen di PT Indonesia Reasuransi (Persero) dan TuguRe. Saat ini beliau juga menjabat sebagai Komisaris Independen di MAG Insurance, PFI Mega Life, dan Radjak Hospital Group.

Ia lulus dari Universitas Indonesia dengan jurusan Ekonomi Manajemen. Kemudian melanjutkan pendidikannya ke jenjang Magister Ekonomi dari Ball State University, Indiana, Amerika Serikat dan Doktor Kebijakan Publik dari Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Telah memenuhi persyaratan sebagai Komisaris Utama di InaRe berdasarkan hasil uji kemampuan dan kepatutan yang tercantum dalam Salinan Keputusan Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan nomor KEP-428/NB.02/2023 tanggal 28 Juli 2023.

YUDA WIRAWAN

COMMISSIONER

Yuda started his career in 2001 in the banking industry and had a professional career in the insurance industry for almost 9 years. Currently, Yuda is the Marketing Director of PT Central Asia Financial.

He graduated from Gunadarma University majoring in Information Technology.

Has fulfilled the requirements as a Commissioner according to the results of the fit and proper test listed in the Copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the financial services Authority number KEP-843/NB.11/2021 dated 20 December 2021

Yuda memulai karirnya pada tahun 2001 di industri perbankan dan memiliki karir profesional di industri asuransi selama hampir 9 tahun. Saat ini Yuda menjabat sebagai Direktur Pemasaran PT Central Asia Financial.

Beliau lulus dari Universitas Gunadarma jurusan Teknologi Informasi.

Telah memenuhi persyaratan sebagai Komisaris sesuai hasil penilaian kemampuan dan kepatutan yang tercantum dalam Salinan Keputusan Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan nomor KEP- 843/NB.11/2021 tanggal 20 Desember 2021.

BENNY PURNOMO

INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER

Benny started his career in 1989. Building up his career in the banking industry. He used to work for Bank BCA, Bank NISP, Bank Mutiara, Bank MNC Internasional and Bank Ina Perdana. Benny is also active in education; he has been a lecturer at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia since 2003, he is also active as a facilitator for risk management refreshment and other forums.

He graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia majoring in Economics and then continued his study in Master of Management at the same university.

Has fulfilled the requirements as Independent Commissioner according to the results of the fit and proper test listed in the Copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority number KEP-846/NB.11/2021 dated 20 December 2021.

Pada tahun 1989, Benny mulai membangun karirnya di industri perbankan. Pernah bekerja di Bank BCA, Bank NISP, Bank Mutiara, Bank MNC Internasional dan Bank Ina Perdana. Benny juga aktif di bidang pendidikan; beliau menjadi dosen di Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya sejak tahun 2003, beliau juga aktif sebagai fasilitator untuk risk management refreshment dan juga forum lainnya.

Lulusan Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya jurusan Ekonomi dan melanjutkan studi Magister Manajemen di universitas yang sama.

HARIANTO SOLICHIN

PRESIDENT DIRECTOR

Harianto started his career in 1985 with an insurance company and has been in the insurance industry for more than 35 years. Building up his career in the financial services industry, including life insurance, P & C insurance, pension fund, and investment banking. Prior to joining Inare, Harianto was the President and Director of PT Nikko Sekuritas Indonesia. Besides that, he still holds a position as Commissioner for PT Indolife Pensiontama.

He graduated from the University of Toronto as a Specialist in Actuarial Science and continued his Master degree at the same University majoring in Economics & Statistics.

Has fulfilled the requirements as President Director according to the results of the fit and proper test listed in the Copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the financial services Authority number KEP-847/NB.11/2021 dated 20 December 2021.

Harianto memulai karirnya pada 1985 di sebuah perusahaan asuransi dan berada di industri asuransi selama lebih dari 35 tahun. Membangun karirnya di industri jasa keuangan, termasuk asuransi jiwa, asuransi P&C, dana pensiun, dan perbankan investasi. Sebelum bergabung dengan Inare, Harianto adalah Presiden dan Direktur PT Nikko Sekuritas Indonesia. Selain itu, beliau masih menjabat sebagai Komisaris PT Indolife Pensiontama.

Lulusan dari University of Toronto sebagai Spesialis dalam Ilmu Aktuaria dan melanjutkan gelar Magister di universitas yang sama jurusan Ekonomi & Statistik.

DIRECTOR - LIFE & HEALTH BUSINESS

Dessy started her professional career in 2002 with ACE-INA, a general insurance company, and has been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. She has been building up her career mainly in the operational side of the insurance industry. Prior to joining Inare, Dessy was an Operational Director in JAGADIRI (PT Central Asia Financial), a digital insurance company.

Graduated from the Medical School of UPN Veteran Jakarta, she holds the qualification of AAAIJ (Ajun Ahli Asuransi Indonesia Jiwa) and AAK (Ahli Asuransi Kesehatan).

Has fulfilled the requirements as a Director according to the results of the fit and proper test listed in the Copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the financial services Authority number KEP-855/NB.11/2021 dated 20 December 2021.

Dessy telah berkecimpung di industri asuransi selama lebih dari 20 tahun sejak mulai berkarir pada 2002 di ACE-INA, sebuah perusahaan asuransi umum. Beliau mengembangkan karir terutama di sisi operasional industri asuransi. Sebelum bergabung dengan Inare, Dessy adalah Direktur Operasional di JAGADIRI (PT Central Asia Financial), sebuah perusahaan asuransi digital.

Lulusan Fakultas Kedokteran UPN Veteran Jakarta ini memiliki kualifikasi AAAIJ (Ajun Ahli Asuransi Indonesia Jiwa) dan AAK (Ahli Asuransi Kesehatan).

ERLAN RISDIYANTO

DIRECTOR - PROPERTY & CASUALTY BUSINESS

Erlan Risdiyanto graduated from the Universitas Nasional, Jakarta majoring in Management. In 2000, he then started his first career as Junior Underwriter at PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia (Nasional Re). Having spent more than 20 years, his final position in Nasional Re as Operation Director. In June 2022, he joints Inare as Director of Property and Casualty Business.

Has fulfilled the requirements as a Director according to the results of the fit and proper test listed in the Copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the financial services Authority number KEP-689/NB.11/2022 dated November 6, 2022.

Erlan Risdiyanto lulus dari Universitas Nasional Jakarta jurusan Manajemen. Pada tahun 2000, beliau kemudian memulai karir pertamanya sebagai Junior Underwriter di PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia (Nasional Re). Setelah menghabiskan lebih dari 20 tahun, jabatan terakhirnya di Nasional Re adalah sebagai Direktur Operasi. Pada Juni 2022, bergabung dengan Inare sebagai Direktur Property & Casualty Business.

MEIGI

DIRECTOR - FINANCIAL & IT

Meigi started her professional career in 2002 and having a professional career in the insurance industry for 8 years. She has been building up her career in the area of finance, tax, and accounting. Prior to joining Inare, Meigi was a Head of Finance, Accounting, and Procurement in a technology company.

She graduated from Bung Hatta University in 2002 majoring in Accounting.

Has fulfilled the requirements as a Director according to the results of the fit and proper test listed in the Copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the financial services Authority number KEP-848/NB.11/2021 dated 20 December 2021.

Meigi memulai perjalanan profesionalnya pada 2002 dan telah berada di industri asuransi selama 8 tahun. Beliau mengembangkan karir khususnya di bidang keuangan, pajak, dan akuntansi. Sebelum bergabung dengan Inare, Meigi adalah Head of Finance, Accounting, and Procurement di sebuah perusahaan teknologi.

Meigi adalah lulusan dari Universitas Bung Hatta pada tahun 2002 jurusan Akuntansi.

DIRECTOR - TECHNICAL

Benny started his career in 2000 with an insurance company and has been in the industry for more than 20 years. He has been building up his career in the area of actuary, finance, underwriting, risk management, and data analysis. Prior to joining Inare, Benny was a Chief Actuary in PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Mandiri Inhealth).

He graduated from Universitas Indonesia majoring in Mathematics and then continued his study for a Master of Management in Finance at Universitas Pelita Harapan. He also graduated from Doctoral Program majoring in Economics from Universitas Gunadarma.

Has fulfilled the requirements as a Director according to the results of the fit and proper test listed in the Copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the financial services Authority number KEP-717/NB.11/2022 dated 11 November 2022.

Benny telah berkecimpung di industri asuransi selama lebih dari 20 tahun sejak mulai berkarir pada tahun 2000. KEVIN TJOA

HEAD OF GENERAL INSURANCE BUSINESS

He graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia majoring in Economics and then continued his study in Master of Management at the same university.

His experiences vary from an insurance broker, insurance company, reinsurance company, and reinsurance broker. Now, he joins Inare - a newly established reinsurance company, to oversee all general insurance business.

Latar belakang pendidikan Kevin adalah Ekonomi jurusan Manajemen dengan pengalaman kerja lebih dari 15 tahun di industri ini. Beliau pernah menjabat berbagai posisi di perusahaan multinasional maupun joint venture seperti ACE INA, ADIRA Insurance, ACR Singapore, dan KSK Insurance.

Pengalamannya beragam dari broker asuransi, perusahaan asuransi, perusahaan reasuransi, dan broker reasuransi. Sekarang, beliau bergabung dengan Inare - sebuah perusahaan reasuransi yang baru didirikan, untuk mengawasi semua bisnis asuransi umum.

ZULHAMDI RAHMAN

HEAD OF LIFE & HEALTH INSURANCE BUSINESS

Hamdi started his professional career in 2008 with a life insurance company. He has expertise in product and underwriting for life & health insurance with more than 14 years of experience since he joined the industry.

He graduated from the University of Indonesia with a Diploma Degree of Actuary & Bachelor of Business Administration. Qualified as Ahli Asuransi Indonesia Jiwa (AAIJ) from AAMAI & Risk Management Analyst (QRMA) from LSP MKS, he also joined as a member of the board of PERUJI (Perkumpulan Underwriter Jiwa Indonesia).

Hamdi memulai karir profesionalnya pada tahun 2008 di sebuah perusahaan asuransi jiwa. Beliau memiliki keahlian dalam produk dan penjaminan asuransi jiwa & kesehatan dengan pengalaman lebih dari 14 tahun sejak bergabung dengan industri.

Hamdi lulus dari Universitas Indonesia dengan gelar Diploma Aktuaris & Sarjana Administrasi Bisnis. Memenuhi kualifikasi Ahli Asuransi Indonesia Jiwa (AAIJ) dari AAMAI & Risk Management Analyst (QRMA) dari LSP MKS, beliau juga bergabung sebagai anggota dewan pengurus PERUJI (Perkumpulan Underwriter Jiwa Indonesia).

MEYLINA SUNDARI

HEAD OF ACTUARIAL & UNDERWRITING

Meylina started her professional career in 2000 as an actuary in life insurance company. Within over 20 years experience of working as actuaries, she experts on valuation and pricing area for life insurance company; and has involved in reinsurance calculation and administration for life insurance product. Now she joins Inare as Head of Actuarial & Underwriting Division.

She took diploma Degree of Actuarial Program from BPLK. She then graduated her Bachelor’s Degree from the At-Tahiriyah University with a major in Economics. She then further her Master’s Degree as Actuarial Management from The University of Indonesia.

Meylina memulai karir profesionalnya pada tahun 2000 sebagai aktuaris di perusahaan asuransi jiwa. Dengan pengalaman lebih dari 20 tahun bekerja sebagai aktuaris, beliau ahli dalam bidang penilaian dan penetapan Harga untuk perusahaan asuransi jiwa; dan telah terlibat dalam perhitungan dan administrasi reasuransi untuk produk asuransi jiwa. Kini bergabung dengan Inare sebagai Kepala Divisi Aktuaria & Underwriting.

Beliau mengambil gelar diploma Program Aktuaria dari Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keuangan (BPLK), kemudian lulus S1 dari Universitas At-Tahiriyah dengan jurusan Ekonomi. Beliau melanjutkan pendidikan S2 Magister Management Aktuaria dari Universitas Indonesia.

NUNKI NAUTISIA

HEAD OF CLAIM & RETROCESSION

She Graduated from Trisakti University majoring in Civil engineering and then continued her further Master’s Degree from Gadjah Mada University majoring in of Asset Management & Property Appraisal.

She started her career as civil engineer then she found her interest in Insurance industry as she joined one of BUMN insurance back in 2000. She experts in General insurance underwriting & reinsurance, claim handling, and financial insurance. Now she joins Inare as head of Claim & Retrocession division.

Nunki Lulus Sarjana Teknik dari Universitas Trisakti jurusan Teknik Sipil, kemudian melanjutkan S2 dari Universitas Gadjah Mada jurusan Asset Management & Property Appraisal.

Nunki memulai karirnya sebagai insinyur sipil dan kemudian menemukan minatnya dalam industri Asuransi. Beliau bergabung dengan salah satu perusahaan asuransi milik negara (BUMN) pada tahun 2000. Beliau ahli dalam penjaminan & reasuransi umum, penanganan klaim, dan asuransi keuangan, Dan saat ini Nunki bergabung dengan Inare sebagai kepala divisi Klaim & Retrosesi.
